Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and most addresses receive their parcel within 4–7 working days of dispatch. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Packaging
Steel grids and frames travel flat and well padded. Larger items such as kitchen racks and pouffes ship in reinforced cartons. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us the same day.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at pikify.official@gmail.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned. Made-to-order and clearance pieces are not returnable unless they arrive faulty.
Refunds
Once a return reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show the credit.
